Coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10) is produced by the human body and is necessary for the basic functioning of cells. Co Q10 is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance that is found naturally in the body and helps convert food into energy. Coenzyme Q10 levels are reported to decrease with age and to be low in patients suffering from chronic diseases.

Co Q10 is found in almost every cell in the body, and it is a powerful antioxidant.
